Why should you see a physio for exercise?

All of our physiotherapists have a high level of training in exercise prescription, progression and modification for any injury or condition you may have because of this the exercise rehabilitation sessions will be private health re-batable.

As physiotherapists we do multiple years (usually between 4 and 7) at university studying the body, exercise and how the body moves and when you add that to our the experience in treating and injury prevention we will really understand your situation and how to tailor the exercise to you.

Most of us have done sports science, exercise science or movement science degrees before being physiotherapist

and

all of us have done multiple professional development courses and sessions on
  1. Injury prevention
  2. Improving Function
  3. Maximising performance
All our physios will give instantaneous feedback on how to improve any exercise or movement that you are performing to be able to upgrade your movement to maximise your training benefits and minimise injury risk.
