The Body Health, Bone Health & Balance Bootcamp is designed to treat you as a human being and not just another number. We will focus on bone density, muscle strength, joint movement, balance and cardiovascular fitness.
The program includes;
This course is perfect for:
- Anyone who wants to start their health journey
- Anyone at risk of or suffers from poor bone health, including Osteoporosis and Osteopenia
- Anyone who feel unsteady on their feet or have bad balance (Are you able to stand on 1 foot for 30secs without feeling like you will fall over?)
- Anyone who has poor muscle strength.

- Referral to GP for bone density scans
- supervised individualised exercise programs
- Dietary guidance
- Education – all in one location.
How do I know if I am at risk of poor bone health?
A free online bone assessment has been designed by Osteoporosis Australia and the Garvan Institute.

For some patients, osteoporosis medications prescribed by the doctor are the most appropriate treatment option.
For others, diet and exercise are sufficient.
In many cases a combination of both will be best.
Many people find, however, that the medications have unpleasant side-effects and/or are insufficient to control their bone loss.

What to expect at the course
- This program is limited to 10 participants per 10 week program (This allows us to get the most out of every session with you.)
- The sessions are conducted twice every week for the whole 10 weeks.
What does good Body Health, Bone Health & Balance look like and cost?
- 20 exercise sessions run by a highly experienced physiotherapist
- Exercise sessions comprise of impact, high intensity progressive resistance training, balance, posture, mobility and cardiovascular fitness
- 45 minute sessions
- Monday and Wednesday at 10.00pm
