About Zach
Zach has always had a love of the outdoors, on his days off you’ll either find him climbing a cliff face, hiking through the rain forest or playing piano while sipping a cup of tea. He spends the rest of his time either at the gym, relaxing in the sauna, or playing piano. He has been involved in sports since he was a child, playing soccer, rugby, and tennis through his youth. However, in high-school he discovered that his favourite sport was track and field, where he went on to specialise in the 100m, 200m and 400m sprints. Although he never competed at a national level, he credits his time working training athletics as the beginning of his journey as a physiotherapist.
