Here at Physiolabs, we are a team of Physiotherapists who use the latest research to get you better quicker. Our team loves to learn, and we care about YOUR results. We pride ourselves on accountability and setting expectations. Being up front and providing clear expectations allows us to create a common goal- your rehabilitation.

Our appointments consist of in-depth questioning, thorough objective measurements and evidence-based treatment approaches. Our clinic has designed minimum standards throughout all locations to provide better outcomes for our patients.

What you put in is what you will get out of your rehab. This is why we give you a take home sheet with all the information that the physiotherapist has discussed with you, including:
  • Your diagnosis.
  • What measurements need to improve.
  • How long it will take.
  • What you need (i.e. exercise, scans, rest).

Educating you on the condition/ injury is very important to us. Your physiotherapist will discuss many things during your appointments, varying from:
  • Anatomy of the body.
  • How and why injuries happen.
  • How and why the body adapts.
  • The healing process of the body.
  • Best treatment approaches and research behind this.
  • Why we are opting for a particular treatment approach.

Rehabilitation is a team effort. Let us work together towards your goals.
